Eventuity is an invitation management & eCommerce solution designed specially for professionals, party sales companies, non-profit organizations and education organizations. It allows you to set up your own customized invitation management domain and eCommerce store. By using Eventuity, you will have your own online invitations management system, with your own branding and full control over all your events and users. You can create, publish, promote, sell and measure all your online events - simply and efficiently with Eventuity. Give it a try!

An Eventuity domain is a complete invitation management website for your business or organization. With an Eventuity domain, you have your own dedicated web address and website. It is easily branded and customized for your needs. The website incorporates all aspects of invitation management - from creating events, sending invitations and tracking guest responses to selling products and ticketing. It has all the features and technology that you need to take your events to the next level!
Visit Eventuity.com and click on "sign up". You will then see the available plans and pricing to choose from. Pick the plan that best fits your needs, and click on "sign up". You will then be asked to enter your administrator information (login), your desired domain address and billing information. Once you have completed this simple form, your website will be created! After confirming your account, you will be able to login, customize your domain, invite other users and start sending your own invitations.
Eventuity has different pricing plans to fit any size businesses
contact us to receive a customized quote. Once your domain is setup, email invitations within your plan are free. There are additional costs to send premium invitations such as SMS, voice, and printed postcard invites.
You must create an Eventuity domain in orders to send invitations; therefore, Eventuity is not designed for individual use. If you only want to send personal invitations, please use
PurpleTrail Invitations. PurpleTrail is our home and personal invitations website and has many of the same features of Eventuity.com!

Login/Account Related
By typing http://yourdomainname.eventuity.com into your browser, you will see a Login link on the left hand column. You will login to your domain there with your email address and password.
If you are a user, please contact your domain administrator. They have access to all users of the domain and can tell you your login information, or create an account for you if you don't have one already. If you are an administrator and need your log in information, you can use the “Forgot your password?” link at the sign in screen if you have access to your email address used for your login ID. If you do not have access to the email address, and there are no other admins for your domain, you can contact us at support@eventuity.com.
Our system allows you to reset your password. From the sign in screen, click on the "Forgot your password?" link. Enter your email address and the word verification field, and then click on "reset password". You will then receive an email at your email address with a new password to login with.

Domain Administrator - Getting Started
Start by logging into your administrator account. Once logged in, click on "Manage Domain" link just under your name and email address in your dashboard. You will then be taken to your domain administrator dashboard, where you can manage all aspects of your Eventuity domain.
Go to your domain administrator dashboard. These are just a few examples of sections that allow you to customize different aspects of your domain.
- Branding: customize the look and feel of your domain.
- Label Customization: You can change “party” to “event’ and “Consultant” to “Rep” to suit your business model and branding.
- Users: add or view Consultants, Hosts or Guests or Administrators that are users on your domain.
- Store: set up and manage all aspects of your online store.
- Orders: view a history of all completed orders from your online store.
- Reports: view summaries of the activity within your domain, including product orders, events, and usage.
From your domain administrator dashboard, click on the "Users" tab. Here you can add other administrators and users by entering their email addresses and sending them invitations to log into your website.
Yes! This feature is being added and will be available soon! User’s address books can be exported to a CSV file already.
Domain Administrator - Domain Configuration & Setup
Once you are logged into your Eventuity account, click on "Manage Domain" link just under your name and email address in your dashboard. You will then be taken to your domain administrator dashboard, where you can manage all aspects of your Eventuity domain.
You can only upgrade a consultant to an administrator.After you have added them as a new consultant and have sent the invitation to join the domain, to make the new Consultant an Administrator, under the “actions” column you will see an option for “Make Domain Administrator” in the drop down.
From you Eventuity dashboard select the Account Settings tab near the upper right corner of the page. Type in your new password and click save changes near the bottom of the page.
Yes. Under Account Settings click Contact Me, to add other email addresses to your account.
No. You cannot change your log in ID for your domain.
No. Once your domain has been created, the name cannot be changed.
Domain Administrator - Domain Branding & Email customizations
From your Eventuity domain administrator dashboard, click on the Branding tab. From here you can select and modify your website skin and colors, as well as add your own logo.
From your Eventuity domain administrator dashboard, click on the Branding tab. On the left hand navigation menu select the email type you would like to edit. The default text will appear and you can make any changes that you like. Click save after you have completed all of your changes.
Domain Administrator - User and Consultant* management
(*Consultant management only applies to Eventuity PartySales edition)
As an administrator you cannot access a user's password, but you can change it for them. If a user has forgotten their password, you can simply change it to a different one. From your Eventuity domain administrator dashboard, click on the Tools tab. In the change password section, type in the user's email ID, new password, confirm it and click change password.
From your Eventuity domain administrator dashboard, click on the Tools tab. There you will see a complete list of pending user registrations.
1. From your Eventuity domain administrator dashboard, click on the Users tab.
2. Within this page click on the Consultants tab, and then click on the "add new Consultant" link in the upper portion of the page.
3. Enter in the new Consultant's information and click save.
4. The new Consultant information will be added to the list of consultants on the page.
5. You can then send them an invitation message to log into their account by clicking on the "send invite" link below their name.
From your Eventuity domain administrator dashboard, click on the Users tab, then choose Consultants in the left hand column. From here you can enter in the search criteria to narrow your list of consultants. You will see the results displayed under the search portion of the page.
From you Eventuity domain administrator dashboard, click on the Users tab. From here click on the "Upload consultants" link in the upper left of the page. You can select to either skip existing consultants or update existing consultants. Select the file you wish to upload and your database will be updated immediately. This process can take a few minutes depending on file size.
From your Eventuity domain administrator dashboard, click on the Users tab. On this page, select the Consultants tab. From here you can scroll down to the "All Consultants" section. You will see a complete list of all your consultants. Find the Consultant account you would like to access, and then select an action from the drop down menu in the right hand column. You can view, edit, suspend, change login ID, and set renewal dates for each consultant here.
From your Eventuity domain administrator dashboard, click on the Users tab. Once you are at the User main page, click on the Hosts tab. You will see your hosts listed in the "All Hosts" section of the page.
From your Eventuity domain administrator dashboard, click on the Users tab. Once at the User main page, click on the Hosts tab. From here you can scroll to the "All Hosts" section. You will see your hosts listed. Select the host account you would like to access and then select an action from the drop down menu in the right hand column. You can view or suspend the info of each host.
From your Eventuity domain administrator dashboard, click on the Users tab. Once you are at the User main page, click on the Guests tab near the upper left corner of the page. You will see your guests listed in the "All Guests" section of the page. Select the guest account you would like to access and then select an action from the drop down menu in the right hand column.
Domain Administrator - Setting up the Domain Store
From your Eventuity domain administrator dashboard, click on the Store tab. From there you can you select the section you wish to setup or edit from the left hand navigation menu.
From your Eventuity domain administrator dashboard, click on the Store tab. You will be directed to the main page that lists all your current products.
From your Eventuity domain administrator dashboard, click on the Store tab. Select Categories form the left hand navigation menu. To add a new category, click on the "add a category" link in the upper right corner of the page. To the right of a category name you can click on the garbage can icon to delete it or the pencil icon to edit it.
From your Eventuity domain administrator dasboard, click on the Store tab. Click on the Categories link in the left hand navigation menu. You will see your existing categories and a link to add a subcategory beneath each main category. Click the link and type in the new subcategory then click save.
From your Eventuity domain administrator dashboard, click on the Store tab. Then click on the "add product" link in the left hand navigation menu. Fill in the product details and click "save new product" at the bottom right of the page.
From your Eventuity domain administrator dashboard, click on the Store tab. Then click on the "list all products" link in the left hand navigation menu. Find the product you wish to discontinue and click on it's name. Within the product details page, check the product discontinued box and click save at the bottom of the page.
Yes. From your Eventuity domain administrator dashboard, click on the Store tab. Then click on the "list all products" link in the left hand navigation menu. Select a product and scroll to the related products section at the bottom of the product details page and enter in the product name or code of related products. Save your changes when you are finished. It will automatically update in your store page.
From your Eventuity domain administrator dashboard, click on the Store tab. Click on the checkout and payment link from the left hand navigation menu. From here you can select collect billing information only or collect and process payments. Then choose the details and payment channels you want.(Currently PayPal Website Payments Pro (US) is the only option)

From your Eventuity domain administrator dashboard, click on the Orders tab. Enter in your search criteria and click search. Your narrowed results will be listed on the lower part of the page.
From your Eventuity domain administrator dashboard, click on the Orders tab. The list of orders section is directly below the search box on this page. You can see the orders number, consultant name, purchase date, tracking and ship date info, orders status and purchase price.
To update your domain with shipped orders information, you can upload shipping information using a CSV file. To upload the file, visit your Eventuity domain administrator dashboard and click on the Orders tab. Click on the upload orders status link in the upper right hand corner. Type in or browse for your CSV file to be uploaded. This CSV file can be used to upload information to change the status of an orders to "shipped" and to also add shipping date and tracking number information to an orders. The format of the file needs to be CSV, with the first column being the shipping date, the second being the tracking number and the third column being the order number.
Domain Administrator - Activity Reports
From your Eventuity domain administrator dashboard, click on the Reports tab. At the reports main page you will see a listing of your domain activity. You can select the time frame you would like to view in the upper left hand corner of the page.
